What's Your Honest Review of the Hanwoo Gopchang and Cold Noodles?
We ordered one serving each of Hanwoo Gopchang and Hanwoo Daechang, along with a bowl of cold noodles (Yeolmu Guksu) and Usamgyeop. The complimentary bean sprout soup was refreshingly cool and perfect for starting the meal with a shot of soju. The staff expertly grilled the beef tripe and large intestine at our table, ensuring they were cooked to perfection without burning. The tripe was packed with fresh, rich innards, delivering a burst of flavor with every bite. Paired with the spicy shredded radish salad and bean sprouts, it made for an excellent soju accompaniment. The chewy rice cakes, tender pumpkin, and soft mushrooms added delightful textures. The ice-cold Yeolmu Guksu was the perfect palate cleanser, cutting through the richness with its crisp, refreshing broth and firm noodles. The thinly sliced Usamgyeop, with its beautiful marbling, cooked quickly and served as a light, satisfying finish to the meal.
